We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector.
Responsible for the implementation of quality standards and testing procedures for aluminum parts, aluminum folding. Perform QC testing and record keeping. Must be capable of reading and understanding aluminum fabrication drawings. Must be able to measure parts, bent shapes, and overall dimensions accurately.
Collaborate with production department to make sure the quality standards are clearly understood by all production engineers and technicians.
Regularly report product quality information and feedback to management team and production team for company quality improvement.
Willingness to learn a basic understanding and use of machine operations in aluminum work facility.
Ability to accurately inspect parts for holes drilled, overall dimensions, and checking for damaged parts. Measure parts based on fabrication drawings.
Maintain quality records and report accurate and complete information in reports daily.
Skills and Experience
CNC machine operating experience, data collection and analysis in a technical manufacturing environment preferred.
QC decision making based on data collection and analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Solid background in Carpentry or Construction.
QA/QC Training preferred.
