Quality Control Inspector - Construction - Calverton, NY

We are seeking full-time Quality Control Inspectors.

Job Description

Responsible for the implementation of quality standards and testing procedures for mega panel and curtain wall production. Perform QC testing, data analysis and validation of Façade Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production department to make sure the quality standards are clearly understood by all production engineers and technicians.

  • Regularly report product quality information and feedback to management team and production team for company quality improvement.

  • Maintain the test equipment of QC department, establish program to evaluate precision and accuracy of the equipment.

  • Conduct accurate and organized accident investigation.

  • Maintain quality records and report accurate and complete information in reports.

Experience

  • Must have a solid background in construction or carpentry.

  • Test experience, data collection and analysis in a technical manufacturing environment preferred.

  • QC decision making based on data collection and analysis.
