We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Inspector.
Responsible for the implementation of quality standards and testing procedures for mega panel and curtainwall production. Perform QC testing, data analysis and validation of Façade Systems.
Collaborate with production department to make sure the quality standards are clearly understood by all production engineers and technicians.
Regularly report product quality information and feedback to management team and production team for company quality improvement.
Be involved in the application of both the visual appearance and overall performance of our panelized systems.
Communication being key in reviewing errors, finding solutions, and maintaining our dedication to quality.
Maintain quality records and report accurate and complete information in reports daily.
Skills and Experience
Test experience, data collection and analysis in a technical manufacturing environment preferred.
QC decision making based on data collection and analysis. Basic computer skills will be helpful.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Being able to speak and understand Spanish will be helpful.
Solid background in Carpentry or Construction.
QA/QC Training preferred.
